“Can everyone please be super careful when using Dilaudid 8s (alienheads/white pills look like the real thing) around Glace Bay and area.. I had 3 reports of overdose in the last 2 days from fake pills (suspected fentanyl).. folks are using the same amount they normally use but experienced a poisoning and dropping...”
